Course Objectives The aim of this course is to analyze the concepts of law in connection with works of literature and cinema, to gain a multidimensional perspective with a theoretical background and reasoning ability.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Analyze the legal problems they encounter within the framework of the concepts of rights and obligations.
  • Interpret the concepts of public law in literary and cinematic works.
  • Analyze a high court decision on the related concept.
  • Discuss multidimensional legal problems.
  • Compare concepts such as will, consent, intervention and guardianship.
Course Description It is a course in which the common concepts used in different fields of law and the processing of institutions in cinema and literary works are examined by reconciling the relevant high court decisions.
